$40.00 - $65.00 up to 3 Bdrm House

With our General Cleaning Plan. We will help you maintain your cleaning needs as follows:

Dusting

Dust all windowsills and tracks
Dust and Polish (you provide the polish) all of the furniture
Wipe all of the pictures within reach
Clean mirrors

Vacuum

Vacuum the house thoroughly
Vacuum the stairs and corners
Vacuum the sofas and couches

General

Sweep and Clean all wood floors
Take out the trash

Kitchen

Wipe and clean Refrigerator and Oven from outside
Wipe and clean all the appliances
Wipe and clean counter-tops and items on the counter
Clean microwave inside and outside
Clean sink
Clean the floor including mop, sweep, vacuum

Bathrooms

Clean shower and tub
Clean vanities and mirrors
Clean and Disinfect toilet
Clean the floors

Windows & Sliding Doors

Clean all windows from inside

Spring Cleaning
(Including Oraganization
Usually 2-4 Hours Base Rate:
$150 - $175.00 up to 4 Bdrms

Clean Oven and Broiler inside and out
Clean Refrigerator inside and out
Take things out of Cabinets, clean them, and put them back
Lemon Oil the Cabinets
Clean grouts on the Counters
Scrub the Floor in the kitchen and bathrooms
Wash the Woodwork and Baseboards
Windows inside and out and vacuum the window tracks
Clean the light fixtures and ceiling fans
Cleanand vacuum the wall around the fire place

Move-in / Move-Out Cleaning

(May Include Carpet Cleaning - General repairs and/or painting. Cleaning only-2-3 hours Base Rate: $85 -$120.00. (Prices are subject to change without notice & can vary depending on amount of work and nature of cleaning.) Handyman - Based upon needs and by Quote

Kitchen

Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out, washed and oiled
Fridge, broiler, oven, microwave oven cleaned inside and out
Stove tops are also cleaned
Countertops, baseboards and floors are also cleaned

Bathrooms

Shower, vanity, wash-basin and floor cleaned
Beneath the sink and all of the edges are taken care of
Wash the walls and the ceiling
Wash and lemon oil the cabinets

Doors, Windows, and Walls can be washed as well.

Vacuum

Vacuum the valances, window tracks
AC vents, blinds, edges and corners
